Current Trends in Mergers & Acquisitions

Current Trends in Mergers & Acquisitions
Join our Tuesday, January 30th event on all-things mergers & acquisitions.

Here are just a few of the many topics we’ll try to cover during our hour-long session dedicated to M&A:

  • Are companies currently looking to purchase others or are they holding onto their money?
  • Which will be the most active sectors in terms of M&As in 2018? How come?
  • What are the main tax-related issues companies must take into account when involved in mergers & acquisitions?
  • How will dropping corporate tax rates throughout the world affect the M&A sector?
  • When it comes to M&As, are consulting firms also advising on HR due diligence or do they still consider the human side of M&As as a "collateral damage" to be included in the forecasted profits and losses?
  • And plenty more!

Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA)In collaboration with the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA), our next webinar will take place on Tuesday, January 30th at 16:00 GMT and focus on current trends in mergers and acquisitions.
